Enroll now ($50)I’m Ed Latimore, and I’ve learned many hard lessons about life in the absolute hardest way possible.
I was born to a single mom and raised in public housing. I kept a mostly solid path and didn’t get sucked into the destructive forces in my neighborhood, but I didn’t graduate high school.
At 22, I took up boxing. Despite a late start, as an amateur I won the Pennsylvania Golden Gloves, a national title, defeated 1 future olympiano and 2 future world champions and was ranked #4 in the United States at one point. As a pro, I was signed to Jay-Z’s “Roc Nation Sports” and went 13-1-1.
But I realized that boxing is a hard way to make a harder living, so despite failing my high school math classes, I went back to school for a degree in Physics and minor in mathematics.
I’ve self-published 2 books, with my favorite being Sober Letters To My Drunken Self. I published that book to help other people with addiction struggles. It was the help I wish I had. Despite not having any, I’ve been sober since 12/23/13. I call it my second birthday.
I tell you all of this so you know that my Stoic Street Smarts Blueprint is the outline of the lessons I’ve learned about controlling my emotions and connecting with others. These skills kept me alive when I was younger and allowed me to change my life when it was going no where.
And now I’m teaching them to.
If you want to be a nice person, it helps to be a dangerous one. This course teaches you both
From the projects to professional boxing, from failing high school to earning a physics degree – I’ve learned that success isn’t about where you start. It’s about how you think, how you act, and how you respond when life hits back.
Look, I’m not going to tell you to meditate for 2 hours every morning or recite affirmations in the mirror. I grew up where real decisions had real consequences. When a crackhead pulled a knife on me for a calzone at age 11, philosophical theory met street reality.
What I’m offering is different: A battle-tested blend of ancient stoic wisdom and street-smart practicality that actually works in the real world.
Without having to learn it the hard way like I did)
Why some people always seem to make the right decisions
No more “fake it till you make it” nonsense
FBI negotiator calls this “tactical empathy.” He was trained but I learned it in the street
And how to adapt when life throws those punches
Learn how to use the relationship between strength and kindness
