Yes, Add Me To The Waitlist

Here’s a semi-passive 6-figure income riddle for you.

If you answer it correctly, you’ll solve 90% of your marketing problems without spending a dime on paid ads or wasting a single hour “creating content”:”What’s faster than paid traffic, cheaper than organic reach, hits more people than an influencer shoutout, and establishes more trust than a video testimonial?”

If you said “Podcasts,” you’re light years ahead of your competition.

Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.”

When you think of podcasts, you probably think you need to have a studio, buy equipment, find guests, create content, and build a massive following.

All those things cost you time and money…with ZERO guarantee of getting any return.

And if you’re already busy trying to make a living, the LAST thing you need is to take on a new, unproven venture.

That’s why you’re NOT going to start a new podcast.

And you’re not going to “build an audience.”

You’re going to get on podcasts that have already built your perfect audience.

You’re going to use other people’s audiences to grow your following and customer base.

Becoming a guest on a podcast is the ultimate marketing solution.

The host has built up an organic, engaged audience that is statistically proven to buy based on their recommendations. And for that podcast to continue being successful, they NEED guests like you.

When you use other people’s audiences to promote yourself, it’s a Win-Win-Win situation:

The show host wins because they keep getting big sponsorship dollars.

The audience wins because they get highly relevant services and products pitched right to them.

And you win.

Because once you master the art of booking and appearing on podcasts, you will:

  • Build your reputation
  • Gain a high quality, vetted following
  • Increase your credibility and “Googleability”
  • Make more money faster and with much less overall effort

Without having to:

  • Buy useless features in Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Yahoo Fiance
  • Pay for shoutouts from influencers who have artificially inflated follower counts
  • Spend 3+ hours a day “creating content” and building a random following who might not care about your service or product
  • Send out random emails and DMs with a “spray and pray” approach
  • Spend exorbitant money on paid ads and shady marketing agencies

You get all the press and publicity that your business needs, all without spending a dime.

You get to skip the line and speak directly to thousands of quality buyers by taking advantage of…

Other People’s Audiences!

  • No email list?
  • No social media?
  • No press?
  • No problem!

Some basic stats:

MusicOmph and Edison Research reported:

  • Average income of podcast listener: $250,000/yr
  • 69% of listeners say that podcasts introduced them to new products
  • 54% say hearing about something on a podcast they’re regular listeners of made them more likely to purchase it
  • 38% report purchasing something because it was mentioned on a podcast

People buy from people they like, know, and trust. They buy from recommendations and endorsements.

PodGuesting hits all those metrics, and they’re an audience flush with money. And even though there are north of 464 MILLION podcast listeners worldwide as of 2023…

Podcasts audiences are still growing. And they are filled with the type of people who are both highly interested in your niche AND can afford your service.

So if you’re looking to get eyes on your book, business, or product…Being a podcast guest is one of the best ways to leverage your time.

The benefits are obvious and overwhelming!

The only question is, “Well, how do I get booked on all of these podcasts?”

This is EXACTLY what I’ll teach you how to do.

Who am I, and why should you listen to me?

Ed Latimore

Over the past 5 years, I’ve appeared on a variety of big podcasts including:

These have been great experiences, and being a guest on these shows (and many others!) has helped me to:

  • Grow my Twitter following to over 200k
  • Grow my Instagram following to over 60k
  • Get my email list up to 37k
  • Sell over 10k copies of my first self-published book, propelling it to Amazon Best-Seller status multiple times
  • Been the subject of two award-winning short documentaries with Convertkit and Starts With Us
  • Make over $1,000,000 selling my courses
  • Get a booking agent from WME
  • Land a major book deal with Penguin Randomhouse

These are just the big shows and the big wins, and I’ve done it all without hiring a big marketing agency, sending hundreds of pitches, or harassing the host in the DMs.

I’ve been on over 300 podcasts, perfecting the art of storytelling, connecting, and networking.

It does no good if you get in front of a big audience if your presentation is trash—this is one of the most overlooked parts of the process, and I am VERY good at it—listen to any of those shows to see for yourself.

In the PodGuesting to Profits cohort, I walk you through my Podguesting to Profits system.

This 4-week process will transform you into an in-demand thought leader with more leads and clients than you can keep up with.

The Podguesting to Profits System

Week 1: Making yourself pitchable

There’s no point in getting in front of thousands of potential customers if you don’t have something to sell. Or, at the very least, a way to capture their information and keep in touch with them.

I’ll teach you how to:

  • Put together a press kit highlighting your unique offering and expertise to show you’re an ideal and interesting guest.
  • Execute a social media strategy so podcast hosts know they aren’t booking a “nobody.”
  • Build a quick website that works as a resume of your skills, perspectives, thoughts, and potential talking points.
  • Put together a custom-built lead magnet for the audience you’ll be in front of to maximize your dollars and exposure.

You’ll have powerful messaging that communicates exactly what you do, why they need to talk to you, and what their audience will get if they bring you on as a guest.

Week 2: Researching podcasts

Next, learn how to do your homework to find potential shows to reach out to— and how to research their stats to make sure the audience is the right size.

Not all podcasts are created equal. You need to get booked on the right shows.

It’s not all about audience size, either. We teach you which specific metrics matter and how to find them.

I introduce a powerful tool that normally costs $100/mo, but you won’t have to pay. You’ll learn the system for research and organization so you know exactly which shows you have the best chances of getting on before you send your pitch.

Week 3: Crafting the podcast pitch

It’s not what you say but how you say it.

Now you’ll learn how to craft your pitch so it doesn’t get ignored. In the social media era, it’s easy to reach out to people. This is good AND bad.

It’s good because this means you can easily reach out to them. It’s bad because it means everyone else can—AND THEY DO.

Podcast hosts are overwhelmed with terrible pitches from people who haven’t done their research, are unprepared, and never focus on what’s in it for the host. Their pitches are poorly formatted, wordy, uninspiring drivel.

This module will teach you how to get in touch with hosts and pitch them in a way that makes it a no-brainer for them to put you on their show.

This is a layup if you did the pregame and the show hunt phase properly.

But we’re not done yet. Everything until now was getting you down the field. You’re on the 1-yard line.

This final lesson is how you’re going to score big

Week 4: Making the most from and out of your podguest appearance

This module teaches how to be the type of guest who gets invited back and picks up other podcast spots. You’ll also learn how to naturally position your discussions around lead magnet and service.

You’ll learn:

  • How to handle tough questions without breaking a sweat (and make the host look like a genius at the same time)
  • How to make yourself stand out from the hundreds (if not thousands) of other podcast guests
  • How to set your first appearance up to guarantee MORE appearances by becoming a top guest

It’s that simple, but that’s why no one is talking about it

This system is simple, easy, and no secret.

All I’ve done is put it together in an easy-to-follow format. You can easily figure this out the hard way if you want.

I’m selling you time, efficacy, and results. You don’t need another complicated secret. You need something fast, reliable, and easy.

That’s what PodGuesting to Profits is all about.

A quick summary of what you get for only $497:

  • The system for putting together a media kit with an outstanding bio, website, and lead magnet to make it clear to podcast hosts that you are the perfect candidate.
  • The strategy that I use to find podcasts that are a perfect fit for your offer.
  • The best way to pitch yourself once you find them, including a detailed list of things you should NEVER do when you pitch.
  • The method used to ensure that every podcast appearance captures leads and converts customers.
  • The exact system I use to track and stay on top of my podcast leads.

Stop wasting money on ads, spending huge amounts of time building a social media following, and focusing on stuff that doesn’t make you money.

It’s time to implement a repeatable process to put you and your business in front of an almost endless amount of qualified buyers.

Plus, everyone who purchases this webinar gets lifetime access to the Hard Lessons Inner Circle, my private membership community of high performers in fields such as day trading, engineering, real estate, airline and fighter pilots, published authors, and PHDs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is this for?

This program is designed for anyone who needs to get more leads, clients, or customers, but they don’t have a huge marketing budget. Sure, you can sign up if you just want to get on podcasts to chat or stroke your ego, but people who are selling something will get the most out of this program.

If I want to sign up but I don’t currently offer anything, will Podguesting to Profits help me create an offer?

No. However, I will teach you how to create a simple lead magnet. If you already have a lead magnet, there is a feed back session. But, outside of that, we will not be taking you from “0 to 1.” This cohort teaches you how to get more eyes on what you’re already doing—not how to start.

Why shouldn’t I just hire someone to do this outreach for me?

The Podguesting to Profits workshop is a one time fee of $497. There are agencies who will do this for you. I have tried them. The cheapest I paid was $500/mo. The most I’ve paid was $3000/mo. In either case, the results we’re alright, but nothing to write home about.

Everything I teach you, they do. Every tool I’ll show you, they use. It’s not even time consuming, they just charge more. So you can certainly hire them, but this is a better deal.

How much time will this take?

The cohort lasts 4 weeks. Each week, there is one 1-2 hour call (if you can’t make it, it will be recorded) to go over the material and answer any questions. Each video is 20-30 minutes, and the follow up work will take 30-60 minutes each week. That works out to, at the most, 3 hours a week for four weeks to learn the whole process. And I’ll be there helping you.

Once you have everything down, you can do this yourself in only 30 minutes a day. Or you can just hire a cheap VA to do it for you.

Will you only be available during the calls? What type of access do I have?

There will be an active Telegram channel for the entire month of the cohort. I’ll be available to answer questions at anytime and provide additional feedback on anything you have questions about.

You mentioned setting up a website. Do I need to be tech savvy?

No. With the way Google has gone in the past 2 years, the best bang for your buck is a Substack. A Substack is incredibly simple but easy to make look professional and sharp.

I’ll also show you the simple way to use AI to make this process even faster and easier. You won’t need anything more complicated than that these tools.

Are there any refunds?

If you go through the four week cohort, do all the work, and you aren’t satisfied with what you learn or the results, I’ll refund you. All I ask is that you hop on a Zoom call with me to give feedback on why you refunded so I can improve.

I won’t try to talk you out of it because you’ll have went through the program and weren’t satisfied, but I also want to make sure it was because I let you down.
